Artwork Terms & Change Policy

At SpeedE Transfers, we move fast so your order can too. If you need to make a change to your artwork, please contact us within 15 minutes of placing your order to give us the best chance of catching it before your gang sheet hops into production.

Need a change after that? No panic-hopping needed. Reach out by email or text as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate the update if your gang sheet has not been printed yet.

Because orders move quickly through our system, changes requested after the 15-minute window are not guaranteed. Once printing has started, we may not be able to stop, revise, or reprint the order at no charge.

Please double-check your artwork, spelling, sizing, colors, and design details before submitting your order. Customer-submitted files may be printed as received.

SpeedE Transfers is not responsible for errors, omissions, low-resolution files, transparent backgrounds, spelling mistakes, sizing issues, or other design problems contained in artwork submitted by the customer. By placing an order, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review and approve all artwork and order details before checkout.
