• We provide DTF Transfers, Gang Sheets, and Wholesale Orders.

• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products and pricing at any time without prior notice.

• Orders must be placed through our Website using the provided checkout system.
• All payments must be made in full before production begins.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.
• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes and shipping fees.

• Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout but may vary due to production schedules, carrier transit times, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
• SpeedE Transfers is responsible for properly preparing, packaging, labeling, and tendering completed orders to the shipping carrier selected for the order.
• Once the order has been accepted and taken into possession by the shipping carrier, including UPS, USPS, or FedEx, transportation and delivery of the package are subject to the carrier's terms, conditions, service limitations, and operating procedures.
• SpeedE Transfers is not responsible for carrier-caused delays, service interruptions, or delivery failures occurring after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
• Carrier-related delays may result from circumstances including weather, mechanical issues, transportation disruptions, staffing, operational issues, service interruptions, or other circumstances affecting the carrier's network.
• By placing an order and selecting a shipping method, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the shipment is also subject to the terms, conditions, service limitations, and applicable policies of the selected shipping carrier.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information, including the delivery address, is accurate and complete.
• If tracking indicates that a package has been accepted by the carrier and is delayed, customers may contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. SpeedE Transfers will reasonably assist with carrier inquiries when appropriate.
• Selecting expedited shipping does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless the applicable carrier expressly provides such a guarantee.

• Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted.
• Refunds or replacements may only be granted in cases of defective or damaged products, subject to review.
