- All orders are custom-made and typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- During peak seasons or sales, processing may take slightly longer.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
- We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
- Standard delivery within the United States usually takes 3–7 business days after processing.
- Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for faster delivery.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather, or carrier delays.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and package weight.
- Orders over a certain threshold (example: $75+) may qualify for Free Standard Shipping within the U.S.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your package through the carrier's website until delivery.
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
- SpeedeTransfers is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
- At this time, we primarily ship within the United States.
- For international orders, please contact us directly to confirm availability, rates, and delivery times.
- While rare, shipping delays or lost packages may occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.
- If your order is significantly delayed or marked as lost, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the matter with the carrier.
UPS Delivery Options
UPS Delivery Timeframes
We primarily ship with UPS because they keep things SpeedE, safe, and trackable. By default, your order ships via UPS Ground. Weekends do not count toward delivery days.
