Since each product is printed based on your submitted design, all orders are considered custom production items.
1. No Returns on Custom Orders
All products are created specifically for your order. For this reason:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizes selected
- Color expectations
- Design changes after submission
Before placing your order, please ensure:
- Your artwork is final and correct
- Dimensions and sizing are accurate
- Files meet print quality standards
This helps avoid production errors and ensures the best possible results.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
We stand behind the quality of our prints. If your order arrives with an issue, we’re here to help.
You may request a replacement or store credit if:
- The item is damaged during shipping
- The print is defective or misaligned
- There is a clear production error
What to do:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos showing the issue
Resolution:
Once reviewed and approved, we will:
- Send a free replacement, OR
- Issue store credit
In some cases, we may request the item to be returned for inspection.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that mistakes can happen, so we allow a short window for cancellations.
- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase
- After production begins, orders:
- Cannot be canceled
- Cannot be modified

SpeedeTransfers prints exactly what is submitted.
We are not responsible for:
- Low-resolution images
- Spelling or design errors
- Incorrect file uploads

- Double-check spelling and layout
- Follow our artwork guidelines
If you’re unsure, it’s always best to review your design before submitting.
5. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
While we aim to process and ship orders quickly, delivery times may vary.

- Shipping carriers
