Important Notes

Size With Confidence

These quick rules help prevent the most common ordering and sizing mistakes.

1
Suggested sizes only

Use this guide as a starting point, not a strict rule for every shirt style.

2
Oversized styles vary

Streetwear and fashion fits may require larger print dimensions.

3
Left chest logos

Most left chest logos are usually sized around 3"–4" wide.

4
Use final dimensions

Always size artwork using the final print width and height you want.

5
When unsure, size up

A slightly larger print often looks better than one that feels too small.

Artwork Considerations

Before You Upload

Clean artwork makes better transfers. Follow these simple file tips before building a gang sheet or uploading your own sheet.

PNG
Use transparent PNGs

Transparent backgrounds help your design print cleanly without unwanted boxes.

300
Upload at 300 DPI

High-resolution files produce sharper details, smoother edges, and better results.

SIZE
Set exact print sizing

Upload artwork at the width and height you want it printed.

HD
Avoid low-resolution files

Resizing tiny artwork can cause blurry, pixelated, or rough-looking transfers.

Sizing FAQ

Common Sizing Questions

A standard adult front print is often around 10"–11" wide. Smaller adult shirts may look better around 9"–10", while larger sizes may need 11"–13".
Youth front prints are commonly sized between 7" and 9" wide depending on the garment size and design shape.
Oversized fashion prints are usually 12"–13"+ wide. The best size depends on the shirt size, garment style, and desired streetwear look.
It is best to upload artwork at the final print size. Enlarging low-resolution artwork later can reduce print quality.
A transparent PNG at 300 DPI is recommended for clean DTF transfer results.
