These rules apply to every order, every time. Read them before you submit.

Your files are printed exactly as received. We do not proofread, modify, or correct artwork on your behalf.

Spelling mistakes, low resolution, incorrect sizing, color issues, and unintentional transparency — all fall on the customer.

Completing your order confirms you have reviewed and accepted all artwork and order details as correct.

Common Mistakes in Artwork Terms and Change Policy

Most reprints come from preventable errors. Run through this before you hit checkout.

  • Spelling & text — Proofread every word, including names, slogans, and numbers.
  • Resolution — Files must be 300 DPI at final print size. Low-res files produce blurry prints.
  • Sizing — Confirm your design dimensions match what you need on the finished garment.
  • Transparent backgrounds — Make sure transparency is intentional; accidental transparent areas may print unexpectedly.
  • Colors — Screen colors differ from printed colors. Use references or ask us for a color guide before ordering.
  • File format — PNG with transparent background is preferred. Embed all fonts in PDF or AI files.

File accuracy rests with you. This artwork terms and change policy ensures that all submitted designs are printed exactly as provided, so double-check everything before checkout.

All text is spelled correctly and reads as intended
Your design file is high resolution and properly sized
Colors, backgrounds, and transparency are set up as you expect them to print
The correct file version is attached — not a draft or placeholder
Any special instructions (mirror, color matching, bleed) are noted in the order comments

SpeedE Transfers is not liable for errors, omissions, or quality issues that result from customer-submitted files. This applies to all orders regardless of quantity or order history.

Provide Your Order Number

Include your order number and a clear description of what needs to change so we can locate your job immediately.

Attach the Corrected File

If you have the corrected file ready, attach it to your email. The faster we receive it, the better the chance we can swap it in.

We'll Check Production Status

We'll confirm whether your order has started and let you know what's possible. We want to help — we just need enough time to do it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common policy questions.

Cancellations follow the same time logic as changes. Contact us within 15 minutes of ordering and we'll do our best to stop production. Once printing has started, cancellations are not available and the order will be fulfilled as submitted.

If the error is on our end — wrong design printed, incorrect quantity, production defect — we'll reprint or refund at no charge. Errors that originate in customer-submitted files are covered under this policy and are the customer's responsibility.

This is almost always a resolution issue. Screen displays work at 72–96 DPI, but printing requires 300 DPI at final print size. A file that looks sharp on your monitor may be too low-resolution to print cleanly. Always verify DPI before submitting.

Yes — if we haven't started printing yet. Email the corrected file immediately with your order number. We can't guarantee we'll catch it in time, but we'll try. Speed is everything here — act the moment you notice the problem.

Your original order will be completed and shipped as-is. If you need a corrected version, a new order will need to be placed. Depending on the situation, we may be able to offer partial reprint pricing — contact us to discuss your options.
