At SpeedeTransfers, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Because our products (DTF Transfers, Custom Gang Sheets, and Wholesale Orders) are custom-made and printed on demand, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds. Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. No Returns on Custom Orders

Since each transfer is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to size, color, or design changes once your order is printed. Please double-check your artwork, dimensions, and order details before checkout.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

  • We will review the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement at no additional cost or issue store credit.

  • In some cases, we may request you to return the defective item for quality inspection.

3. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

  • Once printing has begun, cancellations or modifications are not possible.

4. Wrong Artwork or Uploads

We print exactly what you upload. SpeedeTransfers is not responsible for poor image quality, spelling mistakes, or design errors provided by the customer. Please ensure your files meet our print guidelines before submitting.

5. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to deliver quickly, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
